We are moving from our current location to a new downtown space and we'd love to have your help! We will be meeting at the school at 8am on Sunday morning. The end time depends on how much help we have and how fast the process goes.
Join us from 11am-1pm to check out our facilities and equipment, ask questions, break boards (Yes, really!), and get entered to win a 10 class drop-in card!
We're celebrating our new space with a community get-together! Visit the new gym, see live demonstrations, and learn about what our school has to offer. Community members and those interested in becoming students are welcome to have fun and ask questions. Current students are encouraged to attend in uniform and bring a friend!

Every year in March we hold a FREE self-defense seminar to celebrate Women's Month. This event is open to ages 13 and up. Stop by from 5-7pm to learn what our self-defense program is all about and get a good workout.
