Everyone from the community is welcome to participate\, even kids as young as 2 with a parent’s help!\n\n\n\nWhen you arrive\, get your wristband (required to participate) and a frozen treat! We will do a half-hour Taekwondo workout\, and then we will have board-breaking\, ankle tag\, and combat weapon stations available for participation.
