DESCRIPTION:An all-day weapon seminar! Students 7+ of any rank will be welcome to join us in learning the Ssahng Nat color belt form. \nWe will meet at the school at 8am on Saturday\, December 7th. Over 8 hours we will work on basic Ssahng Nat techniques and will learn the form. A set of Ssahng Nat will come with your registration. Lunch (pizza) and snacks will be provided. \nBlack belts will get their choice between learning the Black belt Ssahng Nat form or another form available to their rank. \nThe seminar will end at 4pm\, which is just in time for Mt.
